A great crop of lambs this year from several of our farm-raised rams and 4 rams from New England and the Mid-West. We had 52 Icelandic lambs born this spring. They are not yet weaned and are out on pasture on their own, being evaluated for parasite-resistance. This is our third year involved in a SARE study on parasite resistance in NE US flocks. The lambs that will be offered for sale this year will be the result of summer fecal sample analysis and our own evaluation of which lambs are doing the best - available end of August or early fall.
